In one paragraph
oeYYeo (said OY-yo) is a web app where adults chat with original anime-style AI characters who stay in character and answer as you type. The launch cast is five originals written for the brand: a guild master, a mecha test pilot, a rooftop cafe owner, a spirit medium and a tournament rival. Every character is AI and the app says so; chat is for adults 18 and over.
The name
The name is a face looking back at you: the two capital Ys are eyes, and the letters mirror, o e Y Y e o, the same forwards and backwards. Tagline: "Characters who look back."
How to write it
- Always oeYYeo: lowercase o, e, capital Y, Y, lowercase e, o. Never OeYYeo, OEYYEO or Oeyyeo.
- Never at the start of a sentence with a capital O. Rewrite so the name is not the first word.
- Possessive: oeYYeo's. Domain and handles lowercase: oeyyeo.com, @getoeyyeo.
- Never abbreviate it, split it across two lines, or put a symbol inside it.
The wordmark
The logo is the word itself, oeYYeo, set in one typeface with the two Ys carried in the brand colour. There is no symbol, badge or tile: on a tiny surface the pair of Ys stands alone as plain letters. Every file below is the same outlined word, so it looks right with no font installed.
