What to send

• A bug: which page, what you did, what happened, and your username if you have one.
• A reply that crossed a line: the character's name, roughly when, and what was said. How reporting works.
• Your data: to see, correct, export or delete it. Your rights.
• Billing: a charge that looks wrong, or help cancelling. Your account page first, then us.
• Press: same address. The press page has the name, the wordmark and the cast.

We read everything and reply by email. No phone line.
